• The Guarantee is available for new apartment purchases only.
• The 52 weeks rental Guarantee is at market rent from settlement.
• The Guarantee is subject to a signed Property Management Authority correctly completed and returned 2 weeks prior to
  settlement.
• The Guaranteed return is subject to Auckland CBD apartments only. Contact us for help with your Suburban property
  also.
• The Guarantee is subject to an Impression Real Estate representative viewing the property to assess condition and the
  agreed market rental rate. The market rental rate is subject to three monthly review by Impression Real Estate.
• Impression Real Estate will sign a tenancy agreement (as tenant) for the property and has the right to sublet the
  apartment.
• The Guarantee is subject to a signed Property Management Authority for a minimum 2 year contract. A management fee
  of 9% plus GST on rent collected will be payable per month by the owner.
• The Guarantee is subject to the property owner having (paying for) Real Landlord Insurance in place. Should an insurance claim
  arise and be covered by the Real Landlord Policy any claim must be payable to Impression Real Estate Ltd.
