Our helpful and friendly staff recommends the right properties to the right people and has Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese and Russian speakers to assist with general enquiries. We also advertise properties on three high-traffic websites, including www.trademe.co.nz and promote our buildings through our own website. Other means of advertising include classified advertisements in local newspapers.

As part of the screening process, prospective tenants undergo comprehensive credit and reference checks and your Portfolio Manager will notify you once they have a tenant lined up for your property.
